Chris Monterosso

Vincent Scamardella
A seasoned workers’ compensation attorney and Social Security Disability lawyer, Vincent Scamardella has spent his career fighting for injured workers in the greater New York City area. A Staten Island native, he attended Marist College and earned his Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law in 2010. Vincent also was designated as a Rising Star in workers' compensation law by Super Lawyers magazine in 2020 and 2021.
Vincent is a member of the New York State Bar and Richmond County Bar Association and was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York in 2014. Rolando Cubela
Born and raised in Astoria, Queens, Rolando Cubela has been a workers’ compensation lawyer since 2017. He attended St. John’s Preparatory School and graduated from Hunter College with a B.A. in Political Science in 2013. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2016 and was admitted to practice law in 2017.
